Dear Colleagues and Friends,
I invite you to join us at the wonderful venue of Taormina, Italy, May 20th-22nd to Mediterranean Cardiology Meeting 2007.
Following the success obtained during the previous
editions we decided to organize the third edition whose main target is to give the Current News in Cardiology.
|
An outstanding multi-disciplinary program includes the state of the art on the emerging pathologies as: Acute Coronary Syndromes, Atrial Fibrillation, Sudden Death, Heart Failure, Global Cardiovascular Prevention and Syncope, over which several investigators are involved to develop many and more sophisticated pharmacological, electrical or mechanical therapies.
This three days cardiology meeting is intended to reach the objectives of giving the latest information about epidemiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis and novel treatments of these pathologies.
It is addressed to cardiologists, internists, first aid clinicians, physicians of general medicine, fellows, nurses and technicians with high interest in the whole management of cardiac pathologies.
A Faculty, selected between the leading experts on these fields, will provide the highest quality teaching highlighting the current state and limitation of scientific knowledge and presenting a detailed analysis of the most recent developments in the treatment of one, two or most of all the above mentioned cardiac pathologies.
The scientific program is developed thorough Courses, Symposia, Debates on Controversial Topics, Clinical Tutorials, Luncheon Panels, Focus on, Meet-the-Expert Sessions, Interactive Cases-Review from Faculty and Attendance, Intercultural Exchanges ( Free Communications Sessions) and Poster Session.
As one of the world's most famous and warm cities, Taormina will enchant you with the special kind hospitality of its citizens, the magnificent natural and historical sites as the blue sea and the ancient Greek Theatre, but about all with the sounds, colours and flavours of the Sicilian cuisine.
An exclusive social program, in addition to the scientific one, will let you have an unforgettable experience.
It will be my great privilege and pleasure to meet you in Taormina next May 2007.
