GROUP REGISTRATION
Companies that would like to sponsor the registration fees of a group of participants attending the Meeting should contact the Organizing Secretariat, Adria Congrex (booking@mcmweb.it).
A group consists of minimum 10 participants. Registration shall be coordinated by one identified group contact person representing a pharmaceutical/product company or a travel agency.

The delegate registration fee includes:

Hands-on Live Session Course
Congestion in Heart Failure & Optimal Patient Management in CRT
Registration fee includes:
Heart Failure is a high prevalence syndrome especially in advanced age patients and presents high morbidity and mortality. Congestion is the primary reason for HF admission and itself (high PCWP) represents an important predictor of mortality and morbidity. Clinical congestion, signs and symptoms, presents at a late stage and is often difficult to recognize in advance, delaying inappropriate interventions. Fluid Status Monitoring can provide the opportunity to re-evaluate patient status, adjust treatment if necessary and potentially avoid hospitalizations. The course is aimed to provide an exhaustive one day theorical/practical application on this pathology with live practice on real (pig) heart dissection and technical management of a patient by telemedicine application and remote connection between an hospital were the patients is checked and the course room. The course will provide also biventricular pacemaker implantation troubleshooting real case discussion and technologic updates on leads and devices.
It also includes: personal handbook of the course, utilized materials, technical and scientific assistance by an individual tutor, free practice on last generation leads and devices, gloves kit to manage live session, entrance to the exhibition area, attendance certificate, CME certificate (for the Italian participants), badge and congress kit.
Maximum 48 participants (16 per day) assigned on first come first served basis, after the full payment of the charge with date and timetables to be respected.
ECHO-CRT Course
Advanced Training on Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy: Complete Echocardiographic Evaluation
Registration fee includes:
Participation at one day theorical/practical course with practical training based on real clinical cases. The course foresees individual stations to performe-echocolordoppler, TDI and 3D practice in a model simulating a patient with heart failure and CRT.
It also includes: personal handbook of the course, utilized materials, technical and scientific assistance by an individual tutor, free practice on a last generation cardiac echographer, entrance to the exhibition area, attendance certificate, CME certificate (for the Italian participants), badge and congress kit. Maximum 60 participants (20 per day) assigned on first come first served basis, after the full payment of the charge with date and timetables to be respected.
BLSD
Basic Life Support - Defibrillation Course
Registration fee includes:
Participation to the Course entrance to the exhibition area, BLS-D licence, CME certificate (for the Italian participants), coffee breaks and light lunch taken at the Venue. Maximum 36 participants (12 per day) assigned on first come first served basis, after the full payment of the charge.
